POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
He will take the role of routine operation of facility and support the growth of plant facility and plant equipment expansion, namely construction, plant facility plan, installation and validation. He will help plant operate and improve plant equipment to meet the country’s laws, regulations and government/Corporate management requirements. He also needs to lead the plant in effective monitoring of energy usage through a workable monitoring platform, meantime support global ATLAS strategy and Suzhou campus activities; Provide professional support across Suzhou sites if needed;
他將承擔(dān)日常設(shè)施運(yùn)行且支持工廠日益增長的廠務(wù)和設(shè)備需求，如模具車間、設(shè)施計(jì)劃、安裝及驗(yàn)證等活動(dòng)。他需要向工廠運(yùn)營提供支持，并保證符合國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及公司管理要求。同時(shí)，他需要制定可行的監(jiān)控平臺(tái)以使得工廠在一個(gè)資源有效利用的環(huán)境下運(yùn)作。同時(shí)規(guī)劃工廠3年的ATLAS項(xiàng)目以及支持蘇州校園活動(dòng). 如果需要，提供專業(yè)支持給其他的蘇州工廠；
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)）
1. Responsible for annual budget planning for facility operation, plant hygienic support & landscape maintenance, control the department spending with CRP target
參與并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廠務(wù)運(yùn)營的年度預(yù)算規(guī)劃、支持工廠衛(wèi)生環(huán)境及景觀維護(hù)，并控制部門費(fèi)用以達(dá)到財(cái)務(wù)目標(biāo)
2. Professional support on facility to ensure facility system operating effective and energy efficient.
提供專業(yè)的支持以保證廠務(wù)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率和高效節(jié)能
3. Leader for plant ALTAS and sustainability activities in plant, and identify the potential improvement opportunities in current process, implement Green and Sustainability improvement projects to achieve Plant and BD ATLAS target.
對(duì)工廠節(jié)能計(jì)劃和可持續(xù)性活動(dòng)全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)，包括但不限于在當(dāng)前流程、執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目和持續(xù)提升項(xiàng)目中識(shí)別潛在提升機(jī)會(huì)以達(dá)成工廠和碧迪集團(tuán)的節(jié)能目標(biāo)。
4. Responsible for achieve yearly facility cost reduction target through continuous reduce the energy consumption and improve the environment friendship operations method. Ensure the facility operated in high efficiency.
通過持續(xù)減少消耗能源和提升環(huán)境的友好運(yùn)作，從而達(dá)成年度廠務(wù)降成本目標(biāo)。確保廠務(wù)設(shè)施高效運(yùn)作。
5. Maintain good relationship with equipment supplier and technical service company, ensure the facility system under good maintenance service and keep good and stable performance
與設(shè)備供應(yīng)商和技術(shù)支持公司保持良好關(guān)系，確保廠務(wù)系統(tǒng)在維護(hù)良好和穩(wěn)定的環(huán)境下運(yùn)作
6. Responsible for facility improvement and expansion project to support plant growth
負(fù)責(zé)廠務(wù)能力提升及擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目，以支持工廠的發(fā)展
7. Support plant in M&E construction work and maintenance, especially to external vendor and law enforcement agency to ensure compliance and plant responsibility.
支持工廠機(jī)電建設(shè)和保養(yǎng)維護(hù)方面的工作，尤其是外部供應(yīng)商和執(zhí)法機(jī)構(gòu)，以確保合規(guī)性。
8. Responsible for global ATLAS project implementation in Suzhou plan and attend the meeting in regular way and update the projects in Suzhou plant.
負(fù)責(zé)全球ATLAS項(xiàng)目在蘇州的執(zhí)行，定期參加會(huì)議并更新蘇州工廠的主要項(xiàng)目；
9. Works as key member of Suzhou Campus and contribute the projects successful in Suzhou plants.
作為蘇州校園主要成員，貢獻(xiàn)力量讓項(xiàng)目在蘇州工廠成功。
10. Build up the constructive relationship with outsourcing facility team. Manage all activities well in daily inspection, repairs and findings close rate.
和下包供應(yīng)商建立好的關(guān)系，管理好日常的點(diǎn)檢，維修和發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)的整改。
11. Performs any other duty as assigned.
完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的其它工作。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. University graduated, majored in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Building/Hotel facility maintenance field, etc. At least 5 years’ facility /building management working experience in Foreign or Joint Investment Company.
本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械/電氣工程、建筑/酒店廠務(wù)維護(hù)相關(guān)專業(yè)；至少5年外企或合資企業(yè)廠務(wù)/建筑管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14000 is MUST and IOS13485, GMP and OSH18001 is optional
必須熟悉ISO9001, ISO14000，熟悉ISO13485、GMP和OSH18001將優(yōu)先考慮
3. Knowledge with plant/facility management, ISO7/8 cleanroom maintenance. Familiar with the EHS laws, regulations and standards will be an advantage
熟悉工廠/廠務(wù)管理、ISO7/8潔凈室維護(hù)。熟悉ESH相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將優(yōu)先考慮
4. Knowledge of LEAN MFG and 6-sigma is an advantage.

5. Good communication and facility management skill, good team player in a cross functional team
良好的溝通和廠務(wù)管理能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作尤其在跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)中
6. Good spoken and written English;
良好的英語口語和書寫能力
7. Good organization skill to promote ALTAS activities and awareness for plant associates.
