- Maintain performance in line with agreed targets
充分組織資源,確保現場生產的產品符合計劃需求和合規要求,保持生產績效達成預定的目標
- Support the development of the Quality System and the application of all quality requirements
支持與維護質量體系的發展和日常的工作符合質量要求
- Support the development of the EHS system and the application of all EHS requirements
支持與維護安全健康體系的發展和日常的工作符合健康安全環境要求
- Support the product transfers in collaboration with the Engineering and Quality departments
與工程團隊與質量團隊緊密合作,支持新產品的轉移項目
主要工作內容/職責（列舉清單）
· Support the development of the EHS system and the application of all EHS requirements/支持與維護安全環境健康體系的發展和日常的工作符合安全環境健康體系的要求
· Ensure that EHS policies and actions are implemented. Ensure that all reports are trained and follow the EHS policies/確保EHS方針被執行,確保所有的活動經過EHS方針的培訓
· In case of near miss, findings or accidents, lead or participate to the investigation and CAPA Process/當發生EHS事件,發現以及EHS事故時,能夠領導與參與調查以及開展預防措施
· Support the development of the Quality system and the application of all quality requirements/支持與維護質量體系的發展和日常的工作符合質量要求
· Ensure all manufacturing operations are performed in line with procedures and work instructions defined in the quality system/ 確保所有的生產活動都符合質量體系中所規定的程序文件要求
· Maintain the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices/ 現場維持GMP的高標準
· Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards; /開展與維護好生產指標及看板
· Applies Process Excellence and Lean Techniques to optimize performance/運用卓越的流程管理和精益技術改善現場績效
· according to their demonstrated training and qualification/ 維護好最新及準確的員工技能矩陣,根據員工的表現與授證確保資源與工作被合理分配
· Manage the operators incentive system ;/管理好員工激勵
· In collaboration with the engineering department, develop and or lead actions to improve productivity, efficiency and consumable cost/同工程團隊緊密合作,領導與開展項目提升生產率,效率以及降低消耗品費用
Adapt resources to follow the production schedule, reduce lead time and back orders for the best customer services while reducing inventory / 運用相應遵循生產計劃,縮短訂單交貨時間同時降低庫存,保持做好的客戶服務

知識/教育程度
University Degree/大學學位
經驗/能力要求
- Must Have 4-7 Year Experience in manufacturing environment, production management is plus/必須具備4-7年制造業生產現場管理經驗
- Previous experience within the Healthcare/Medical Devices is plus/醫療器械或器材經驗背景優先
- Excellent English Speaker/Writer/英語說寫優異
- Effective Communicator/有效溝通
- Problem Solving Ability/問題解決能力
