崗位職責(zé) Example of Duties 1. Administer anesthesia or sedation during medical procedures, usinglocal, inhale, intravenous, regional or nerve block methods. 為醫(yī)療操作提供麻醉或鎮(zhèn)靜。方法包括：局部麻醉、吸入或/和靜脈麻醉、區(qū)域阻滯以及神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉等。 2. Monitor patient before, during, and after anesthesia and counteractadverse reactions or complications. 對病人實(shí)施術(shù)前、術(shù)中及術(shù)后監(jiān)護(hù)。治療病人的副反應(yīng)及并發(fā)癥。 3. Provide and maintain life support and airway management, and helpprepare patients for emergency surgery. 提供并維持病人的生命支持及氣道維護(hù)管理，幫助完善急診手術(shù)病人的術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備。 4. Record type and amount of anesthesia and patient condition throughoutprocedure. 記錄操作過程中麻醉方式、麻醉藥物用量以及病人術(shù)中狀態(tài)。 5. Examine patient, obtain medical history and use diagnostic tests todetermine risk during surgical, obstetrical, and other medicalprocedures. 檢查病人、獲取病史，完善診斷項(xiàng)目，以評估病人實(shí)施外科、產(chǎn)科以及其他醫(yī)療操作的風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 6. Position patient on operating table to maximize patient comfort andsurgical accessibility. 合理安排病人術(shù)中的體位以最大限度滿足病人的舒適性并為外科操作提供方便。 7. Decide when patients have recovered or stabilized enough to be sentto another room or ward or to be sent home following outpatient surgery. 決定病人何時(shí)開始麻醉恢復(fù)以及何時(shí)可以轉(zhuǎn)送至其他房間或病區(qū)，或是日間手術(shù)病人何時(shí)回家。 8. Coordinate administration of anesthetics with surgeons duringoperation. 手術(shù)期間，與外科醫(yī)師共同協(xié)作，完成麻醉的實(shí)施。 9. Confer with other medical professionals to determine type and methodof anesthetic or sedation to render patient insensible to pain. 與其他醫(yī)療人員共同商定麻醉或鎮(zhèn)靜方案。 10. Coordinate and direct work of nurses, medical technicians and otherhealth care providers. 幫助并指導(dǎo)護(hù)士、技師及其他工作人員的醫(yī)療處置。 11. Order laboratory tests, x-rays and other diagnostic procedures. 下達(dá)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查、x-射線檢查及其他輔診檢查的醫(yī)囑。 12. Diagnose illnesses, using examinations, tests and reports. 根據(jù)檢查、化驗(yàn)及其報(bào)告作出診斷。 13. Manage anesthesia services, coordinating them with other medicalactivities and formulating plans and procedures. 合理使用麻醉，協(xié)助醫(yī)療處置并形成相應(yīng)麻醉方案。 14. Provide medical care and consultation in many settings, prescribingmedication and treatment and referring patients for surgery. 為病人提供治療及咨詢，開具處方并實(shí)施治療。如有需要，建議病人咨詢外科醫(yī)師。 15. Inform students and staff of types and methods of anesthesiaadministration, signs of complications, and emergency methods tocounteract reactions. 告知受教學(xué)生及員工：麻醉的類型及方法，并發(fā)癥的表現(xiàn)以及緊急預(yù)案。 16. Schedule and maintain use of surgical suite, including operatingrooms and anesthetic and sterilizing equipment. 安排手術(shù)預(yù)約，包括手術(shù)室及麻醉設(shè)備、手術(shù)相應(yīng)設(shè)備。 17. Conduct medical research to aid in controlling and curing disease,to investigate new medications, and to develop and test new medicaltechniques. 從事疾病控制及治療相關(guān)的研究，檢驗(yàn)新藥的使用；創(chuàng)新并檢驗(yàn)新的麻醉技術(shù)。
