崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)終端藥店的銷售拓展，店員日常拜訪及客情維護(hù)；
2.負(fù)責(zé)組織各類專業(yè)推廣活動，藥店產(chǎn)品的促銷活動；
3.負(fù)責(zé)藥店產(chǎn)品陳列達(dá)到公司要求；
4.負(fù)責(zé)藥店原始資料的建檔工作并及時(shí)更新；
5.負(fù)責(zé)收集當(dāng)?shù)厥袌霎a(chǎn)品銷售信息以及對競爭對手銷售、營銷的信息，協(xié)助地區(qū)主管做好相應(yīng)的市場調(diào)研；
6.完成工作指標(biāo)及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其它工作。
任職要求
1.專科以上學(xué)歷，醫(yī)藥相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
2.一年以上OTC零售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉連鎖及零售終端的操作模式；
3.熟悉當(dāng)?shù)厥袌觯c客戶有良好的客情關(guān)系；
4.良好的談判、溝通技巧，協(xié)調(diào)、交流能力；
5.工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，為人正直，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。
