任職資格：
1.分子和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、酶學(xué),生物化學(xué)或藥劑學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，有藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)研究，生物制藥、CRO或相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)研究5-10年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2.熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域并且具有創(chuàng)新精神，有發(fā)表高質(zhì)量學(xué)術(shù)論文經(jīng)歷的候選人優(yōu)先考慮；
3.具備優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能，有相關(guān)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目帶頭人的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)使之有效執(zhí)行和協(xié)同合作；
4.熟悉生物學(xué)(分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞系生成、蛋白表達(dá)、檢測(cè)方法的建立（Assay Development）、篩選 (Screening)、測(cè)序（Sequencing）, 生物物理學(xué) (Biophysics)),具有小分子藥物靶點(diǎn)包括GPCRs、激酶、離子通道、蛋白酶以及其他的酶類經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮 ；
5.英文口語(yǔ)流利。
(ASSOCIATE) DIRECTOR OF BIOLOGY
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the whole or parts of HitGen’s Department of Biology to support drug discovery research projects, including research capabilities such as molecular biology, protein expression and purification, biophysics, in vitro assay development and screening (protein-based and cell-based), high throughput sequencing, etc;
2. Ensure the scientific research output from the department meet the high quality, and industry standards.
3. Ensure the laboratory operations have high standards of safety, health and environmental protection (SHE).
4. Drive the continuous improvements in the operational efficiency in terms of speed and costs.
5. Build a team with a strong culture of delivery-focus, customer-orientation and partnership.
6. Establish a team with high level of engagement and innovative capabilities;
7. Contribute effective to the generation and protection of company’s intellectual properties;
8. Take active participation and support in company’s research and business activities outside own immediate department.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. The candidate must be an accomplished and innovative individual with a Ph.D. degree in one or multiple areas of relevant biological sciences (molecular and cell biology, enzymology, biophysics, structural biology, biochemistry or in vitro pharmacology) along with at least 5~10 years of working experience in a pharma/biotech, CRO or leading academic research centre;
2. In addition to the scientific achievement as shown by peer reviewed publications and patents, the individual should also have demonstrable track record and experience in a leadership role in biology;
3. Director of biology will be a member of the senior leadership team, and will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and the day to day operations and delivery of the multiple teams, as well as interactions with external partners;
4. Broad experiences and familiarity with all aspects of discovery biology (molecular biology, cell line generation, protein expression and purification, assay development, screening, biophysics), and small molecule drug targets including GPCRs, kinases, ion channels, proteases and other enzymes are preferred;
5. Fluency in both Chinese and English will be required.
