職位描述/ Description:
1.Managing all QC samples and QC relevant documentation.
QC相關(guān)文件和樣品管理。
2.Facilitate all GMP compliance activities carried out by QC colleagues by working closely & efficiently with QA.
熟悉QC相關(guān)的GMP活動，能夠與QA有效合作。
3.To comply and improve each procedure to maintain a high efficiency with reliability under a competitive cost.
嚴格執(zhí)行并持續(xù)改進各項標準要求以具有競爭力的成本保持檢驗的高效可靠。
崗位職責/ Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Management of all QC samples QC樣品管理:
-Manage the sample receiving process within QC. 保證QC樣品的有效接收。
-Label QC samples in time ensure traceable. 及時標記QC樣品保證樣品的可追溯性
-Organize sample aliquot and distribution to QC labs according sampling plans. 根據(jù)取樣計劃，組織樣品分裝，并將樣品分發(fā)至各實驗室。
-Manage retain samples and disposal of retain samples. 留樣有效管理和定期清理。
2.Management of all QC related documentation QC相關(guān)文件的管理：
-Manage all QC related documentation管理QC相關(guān)的所有文件。
-Collect all test reports and records, and no loss of reports and records. 負責檢測報告和記錄收集，保證報告和記錄的完
-Sort and classify all documents and scan required. 整理分類相關(guān)文件，并掃描所需文檔。
-Prepare CoA of release batches. 準備放行批次樣品檢測報告。
-Work hand-in-hand regulatory teams for IND and NDA filings. 與法規(guī)事物同事密切合作，填寫相關(guān)IND和NDA申報資料。
3.Supporting GMP Audit支持GMP審計工作：
-Prepare and participatein GMP audits by clients, regulators, and/or BI internally, from GMP -production perspective準備和參與各種形式的GMP審計工作。
-Fulfil other temporary task assigned by QC manager 完成QC經(jīng)理臨時交付的任務(wù)
職位要求/ Requirements:
1.Good knowledge of GMP 良好的GMP相關(guān)知識
2.Familiar with related local regulations 熟悉當?shù)叵嚓P(guān)法規(guī)
3.Good team player 良好的團隊合作
4.Good organizing and communication ability 良好的組織溝通能力

12.Good problem solving skill, communication skill 良好的問題解決能力
