工作職責(zé)：
負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)際快件（小包裹） 業(yè)務(wù)的新客戶開(kāi)發(fā)和老客戶維護(hù)
1. 新客戶開(kāi)發(fā)
積極尋找新的商機(jī)，開(kāi)發(fā)UPS新客戶；
2. 挖掘現(xiàn)有客戶的新需求
運(yùn)用一定的銷售方法將UPS的解決方案及增值服務(wù)如 Branded Label, API , QVM, ICDV,PI等介紹給客戶，改變客戶對(duì)傳統(tǒng)物流的看法，加深客戶對(duì)于UPS物流的認(rèn)識(shí)，幫助客戶提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，提高客戶滿意度，進(jìn)而為UPS挖掘新商機(jī)；
3. 客戶維護(hù)
對(duì)于潛在客戶群, 及時(shí)安排客戶拜訪，了解合作潛能，并與各個(gè)部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)創(chuàng)造合作機(jī)會(huì)；定期拜訪老客戶，維護(hù)UPS的服務(wù)品質(zhì)；定期管理合同，及時(shí)給客戶續(xù)約；
4. 客戶服務(wù)
為UPS客戶報(bào)價(jià)，回答各種疑問(wèn)，協(xié)調(diào)UPS國(guó)內(nèi)外各個(gè)部門(mén)解決企業(yè)的各種要求（如海關(guān)扣貨，Cross Label等）及特殊需求（如調(diào)賬，同日二次遞送，異地取件，機(jī)場(chǎng)自送貨等）；協(xié)助客戶實(shí)施UPS的技術(shù)解決方案；
5. 日常銷售管理
每周對(duì)貨量和銷售業(yè)績(jī)情況進(jìn)行分析，如有差距，及時(shí)調(diào)整銷售策略；每天下班前做好第二天的Cold Call計(jì)劃；每天做好已經(jīng)完成的拜訪記錄，更新報(bào)銷系統(tǒng)。
