崗位職責(zé)•Work as part of the Section or Department team to contribute to the care of patients within the scope of service of that Section or Department, and contribute to the overall strategy of the Section, Department and Hospital.•Work to goals and targets as set by the Department / Section leaders；完成部門的目標•Comply with regulatory requirements as required by the Department / Section. 服從部門的相關(guān)規(guī)定•See patients in a timely manner.有效的完成病人診療服務(wù)•Complete all required paper and electronic documentation. 完成所有要求的電子或紙質(zhì)檔案 •Contribute to developing pathways and clinical guidelines in a collaborative manner, and ensure compliance with them；完善臨床流程和指導(dǎo)規(guī)范•Develop and use patient education material;完善病人教育相關(guān)材料•Lead quality monitoring and quality improvement programs 提高質(zhì)量安全管理•Participate as required in the clinical case review process.參與臨床病例討論，給出專業(yè)意見，完成相應(yīng)流程•Actively be involved in resolving patient complaints.積極處理病人投訴•Work closely with the marketing department to market the Department. 與市場部緊密合作，推廣科室服務(wù)•Comply with all UFH policies, rules, regulations, and policies within the Section / Department, in particular compliance with mandatory training requirements and CME attendance. 保持部門與和睦家醫(yī)療的制度，規(guī)定等一致，合規(guī)性與培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。•Attend Section / Department / Hospital meetings as required. 根據(jù)要求參加科室會議•Where relevant, support UFH Centers, including research, training, disaster relief, and primary care. 支持和睦家醫(yī)療項目，如：研究，培訓(xùn)等•Where relevant, assist in new development projects. 參與和發(fā)展醫(yī)院或科室的新項目•Perform any other duties as may be requested by the Section chief or Department chair 完成其他本科室主任分配的工作Specific任職條件Qualifications:•Master of Medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine 碩士以上學(xué)歷•Board Certified (or equivalent) in Rehabilitation Medicine or Orthopedic Medicine 骨科臨床背景或骨康復(fù)經(jīng)驗•In possession of an active Chinese Medical License 擁有有效的行醫(yī)執(zhí)照•Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience at a clinical administrative level preferred; 有行政管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先•Previous leadership positions held in similar sized (or larger) environment 三甲醫(yī)院工作經(jīng)驗Education and Experience: Knowledge and Skills:•Must be a full member of the Medical Staff as defined in the Medical Staff By-Laws;•Fluency in English and Chinese. 可適應(yīng)英語工作環(huán)境職位概述Lead, Manage and Administer the Department of Orthopedic Rehabilitation in Beijing United Family Rehabilitation Hospital.
