職位職能: 業務分析專員/助理
職位描述:
Main Responsibility:
Sales force effectiveness and productivity
Sales program development, implementation, monitoring and follow-up
Liaisons with sales and marketing teams to monitor performance and productivity of sales force.
Develops and implements the Sales Force Incentive program
Continuously evaluates processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identifies sales effectiveness best practices and share across teams.
Sales Reports, Information & Call Data Management:
Analyses sales information and call performance data and recommends appropriate action plans
Designs and develops reporting systems and ensures timely management information and reporting through coordination with IT, Finance, HR, Medical departments.
Network Building
Assists and supports the Sales Management team in planning and coordinating the sales force activities
Supports cross-functional department heads on other projects in involving sales force effectiveness
Job Profile:
Education
Bachelor degree or above in mathematics or Analysis
Very good command of spoken and written English
Computer literate
Experience
At least 1 year experience in sales support, market research or analysis function
Experience in multinational company is preferred
